Part&Parcel Boxes with Bottle in Geami

Part&Parcel go 100% plastic-free and achieve a 95% damage-free delivery rate with Signet’s Paper Packaging solution

Signet's 100% recyclable solution helps Part&Parcel protect their deliveries against damages and create an unreal eco-friendly unboxing experience.

Part&Parcel came to life two and a half years ago from stay-at-home dad, Daniel Kagan’s desire to make healthy eating and living more accessible to Australians. Overwhelmed by the overpriced health food stores, he set out to build an online platform where people could access these products at a reduced rate.

Today, Part&Parcel stock over 1000 products, from pantry staples to functional foods such as protein powders and are shipping up to 500 eCommerce orders every month.

"The range of products we offer is highly curated. We put a lot of energy into sourcing our products, speaking to the manufacturers and farmers, so we know we’re providing our customers with good food that’s good for the planet as well.” — Daniel Kagan, Part&Parcel Founder.

Alongside making healthy living more accessible, sustainability is a core part of the Part&Parcel ethos. From the get-go plastic was never a possibility and they only wanted to use eco-friendly packaging to ship their products.

“When we started Part&Parcel, we initially repurposed packaging we received from our suppliers to pack and ship our customer's eCommerce orders.  Although we knew this wasn’t going to be sustainable, especially as we grew, so we started to look for a more long-term solution.”

While browsing the web Daniel Kagan came across our range of eco-friendly packaging products. Now every order they ship is packaged in Signet’s packaging.

“All of our fragile glass products are first wrapped in Geami, we put everything in a box with FillPak to fill any voids, and tape it up with Kraft Paper Tape.”

Geami and FillPak are the ultimate eco-alternatives to traditional protective packaging that are made from FSC certified Kraft paper. Simply switch bubble wrap for Geami and plastic void fill for FillPak, then once they’ve fulfilled their protective duties, pop it all in your kerbside recycling bin.

“It’s great knowing we don’t have to sacrifice being kind to the environment to keep our products protected. Since using Signet’s solution we’ve been able to keep 95% of our deliveries damage-free."

Additionally, having a completely paper solution makes it easier for their customers to do the right thing in disposing of their packaging.

“What I love most is the feedback we’ve received from customers. They really appreciate the thought we’ve put into our packaging. Also, when they receive a Part&Parcel delivery, there’s no plastic tape to peel off, they just open it, breakdown the box, and put it all in their kerbside recycling bin.”
