Signet currently hire based on position availability and for this reason we are unable to offer an assigned intake. But don't let that put you off, the first thing you need to do is submit an online application. We are always on the look out for graduates to join our team. If successfully short listed you will participate in a 10 minute telephone interview. The phone interview will be an opportunity for us to ask the candidate some questions and for the candidate to ask questions about the program and/or company.
Our face-face interview ask behavioral based questions in relation to your skills, experience and personality traits. This interview is conducted with your direct manager and the HR co-ordinator. As part of your interview, you will recieve a tour of our Brisbane Head Office and facilities.
Reference checks are conducted across all candidates at this stage in the graduate recruitment process, it is preferable that you provide two at the face-face interview stage.
If you are successful for the Signet Graduate Program we will inform you verbally over the phone. The Human Resources department will also ensure you receive a written offer of employment.
