Sisters Tina and Katerina started handmaking chocolates 28 years ago in Katerina’s home kitchen. The more they made, the more their passion and dedication for creating the most exceptional handmade chocolates grew, and it wasn’t long before they opened their first store in Sydney. Today, they are a Sydney institution with seven stores plus an eCommerce store selling their range of chocolates, confectionery, cakes, and gelato.
Adora in Greek means ‘gift’ and that’s what they look to deliver through each of their products, using only high-quality, natural ingredients and no preservatives. While this allows them to produce premium confectionery, it makes their products quite delicate and presents a shipping challenge, particularly in summer.

Previously, Adora used a combination of standard shipping cartons and polyfoam boxes with ice packs to ship their eCommerce and wholesale orders.
