Simply load the film on the base of the dispenser and rotate the tensioning device anti-clockwise. When you hear a click, the film has been secured in a neutral position. To release the empty roll, spin the dial on the dispenser anti-clockwise.

To increase tension of the Signet Bolt, spin the dial clockwise. When you hear a click, you have increased tension. To decrease tension, simply spin the dial anti-clockwise.

Start by attaching the tail of the stretch film to a corner of the pallet. Position the Signet Bolt wrapper at a 45-degree angle and wrap two revolutions around the pallet base. Stand 250mm away and position the dispenser and continue to wrap. Once at the top of the pallet, secure the load with two complete revolutions the cut the film off at approximately 30cm from the corner and smooth down the tail.

Bonus Tip

• To increase security and load containment, ensure a 50% overlap of the film with each layer.
• To secure heavier loads, rotate the Signet Bolt wrapper 90 degrees and apply roped film to the centre of the pallet.
