In 2019, Chris Sheldrick had an idea to bring the famous New York style cookie to Australian shores. Originally starting at a farmers' market in Sydney, THICC Cookies now ships their dangerously delicious cookies across the eastern coast.
Delivering thick, delicious and creative cookies has been THICC Cookies mission from the beginning, so ensuring their product is always at its freshest is a point of pride for Chris and the team.
Prior to discovering Signet, THICC Cookies were using Bubble Wrap to ship their cookies to customers. Chris was on the hunt for an alternative sustainable solution, as the use of plastic was not aligning with his ethos.

After searching high and low — from larger companies with extremely high minimum order quantities (MOQs), to smaller stores where prices would be too steep on medium scales — they finally discovered Signet!
Drawn to Signet by the low MOQ’s, competitive pricing and ease of ordering, Chris decided to give Signet’s packaging a go. By Switching out Bubble Wrap for Signet's Exbox Mini, THICC Cookies were able to tick off environmental goals and reduce their soft plastic usage.

Signet’s Exbox Mini is a self-contained unit consisting of a recyclable die-cut kraft honeycomb paper that protects and cushions fragile items during storage and transit.
THICC Cookies were also able to introduce a new product; cookie dough, with the help of Signet’s Cold Gel Packs.
“We wanted to introduce cookie dough to our range so people can try the cookies at their best and freshest. After discovering Signet's Cold Gel Packs, we were able to launch the dough and expand our customer base.”

THICC Cookies now package every cookie dough order with two Signet Cold Gel Packs and wrap it in Foil Insulated Bubble. For their pre-made cookies they void fill each shipping carton with the Exbox Mini, to ensure no breakages or damages occur during transit.
