We offer university graduates the chance to kick-start their career through a structured two-year development program. If you’re energetic, ambitious and customer focused, we want to hear from you.
THE GRADUATE JOURNEY
The two-year program develops alongside you, based on your career ambitions and goals. Most graduates begin their journey in our successful Customer Experience Centre, where they learn about our organisation, our products, our customers and our approach.
As you progress through the second year, you’ll focus on developing business acumen. We’ll give you greater responsibility as you undertake projects in your field of interest, such as marketing, procurement, sales, logistics, manufacturing and more.
FIND YOUR OWN PATH
You might be familiar with graduate programs that offer fixed department rotations, but we run a little differently here at Signet.
We believe in offering our graduates a tailored program, which is why we won’t lock you into a chosen path at the start – you’re free to make your own way and find your direction. As part of this, we let you own a permanent role with direct accountabilities to provide you with the best opportunity to develop as a professional.

Is this program suited to me?
We recommend applying for our graduate program if you:
- Are a recent graduate of business degree (majoring in Marketing, Supply Chain, HR etc.)
- Have experience in retail or hospitality and are looking for your first corporate role
- Have a positive, friendly attitude along with a strong work ethic
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Are an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
- Located in Brisbane or willing to move to Brisbane
How to apply
Instead of one annual intake, we hire graduates throughout the year as positions become available.
