My coupon code isn’t working?

If you're having trouble applying your coupon code, double-check to make sure you've used the correct code as well as the correct spelling. If the code still isn't working, here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Once a campaign period has ended, the coupon will have expired and will not work
• Coupons can only be used once
• We only accept coupons issued by Signet
• Coupons aren't transferable, only the customer who received it will be able to use it
• Coupons can only be used for the type of products they've been issued for (e.g. if a coupon code is for 20% off tapes, you cannot use this code on paint)
