Entering Signet Coupon Codes

Not sure where to enter your coupon code when placing an order? We want to make sure you take full advantage of our coupon offers, so here’s a step-by-step guide to make it a bit easier.

Click the small plus sign directly under the subtotal and delivery costs. This will drop down and you will be able to enter your coupon code. Remember to hit 'Apply'!

Pro tip: Coupon codes aren't case sensitive so you don't need to worry about getting the capitalisation exactly right!

Once the coupon has been successfully applied, it will appear like this

Please don't put the coupon code in the customer reference box!

This is where you enter a reference like “WORKSHOP”,
or a purchase order number for your business’s internal use.

If you're having trouble applying your coupon code, double check to make sure you've used the correct code as well as the correct spelling.

If the code still isn't working, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Once a campaign period has ended, the coupon will have expired and will not work
  • Coupons can only be used once
  • We only accept coupons issued by Signet
  • Coupons aren't transferable, only the customer who received it will be able to use it
  • Coupons can only be used for the type of products they've been issued for (e.g. if a coupon code is for 20% off tapes, you cannot use this code on paint)
