Ronnie started his career at BBD as a machine operator with a passion for continuous improvement and setting Production records. In 2016, Ronnie took on a newly appointed role within BBD of Continuous Improvement Manager with a goal to have cohesive, cross functional and collaborative teams using lean thinking to eliminate waste. Currently, Ronnie holds the position of the Production Manager at BBD and continues the drive for efficiencies and waste elimination.
