Due to challenges in the current environment, Toll have advised the following changes will take place throughout its national delivery services. The team at Signet thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to work with Toll in delivering the best outcomes for our customers.
The Toll Track and Trace online tracking system is currently down. Unfortunately, this means customers are unable to use the Toll website for any information regarding their deliveries at this time. For information regarding your Toll deliveries, please feel free to contact our Customer Experience team for any enquiries here. Toll are working to rectify the situtation as fast as possible and our team remains in regular contact with Toll. We will advise once we know more about the situation.
For the safety of you and the drivers of Toll, they are now operating under a contact-free delivery model from Monday, 6th April 2020.
Toll will no longer be requesting a physical signature from you upon arrival. The delivery driver will now ask the person collecting the goods for their name, and this will be added to the system alongside the letters CV (consent verbal).
For customers requesting proof of deliveries or who signed for the goods, the communication would be, "Sarah verbally consented and confirmed delivery of goods."

Toll driver delivers freight to your location
Toll driver will step back to ensure a 1.5m distance between them and the person receiving the goods
The person receiving the goods will give consent to the driver. The term “CV” (consent verbal) will be entered where you would normally sign.
Toll has advised that with the increase in demand we need to allow for an additional day on deliveries for our Signet customer orders. Our aim is to ensure your goods are delivered within a 2-4 day period. Our Customer Service team is available online or via phone as per usual to help with your delivery enquiries.
