Can I return the Official State of Origin Workwear?
If you're not 100% satisfied with the goods, you are able to return it within 14 days for a replacement or refund. Please just give us a call on 13 7446 or email sales@signet.net.au with your invoice details and items you want to return and we will look after the rest.
How much does shipping cost?
For all metro areas spend $100 or more you will get free shipping. If the order is under $100 there is a standard shipping cost of $9.50 for all orders under $100. For all regional area the freight is depended on the weight of the goods, and calculated at the checkout.
How do I track my orders?
You can track all your orders with Signet (excluding Brisbane to Brisbane) through MyToll. You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Metro Brisbane and Sydney, if you order before 3pm the stock should arrive in 1-2 business days. Regional QLD, NSW, and all VIC, your order will arrive in 2-4 business days. For WA orders the lead time is 4-6 business days.
Things you need to know.
Our warehouse does not operate over the weekend or public holidays, so all order placed on these days will be processed the following business day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we're unable to make change to your order. Please see our exchange policy above.
Are the logos official?
Printed on each vest and hard hat are the official QLD and NSW State of Origin logos. Official team logo on the front. Official Holden State of Origin logo on the back. These are NRL official licensed products. By purchasing this Official Licensed Product, you are supporting the growth and development of Rugby League and your Club.
Are the hard hat the correct team colours?
Yes, the hard hats are the official PMS matched team colours.
Can you customise the product?
Unfortunately, we are unable to customise these products.
