Shipping Policy

Freight Charges

  • For metropolitan customers, Signet offers free into store shipping for all orders above $100 (ex GST). For orders below $100 (ex GST), a standard $9.50 (ex GST) freight charge will apply.
  • For regional and rural customers, freight charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Freight charges are calculated based on the location and weight of each order.
  • Please note that metropolitan and regional areas are determined by Signet in conjunction with our freight partners.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metropolitan delivery - 1-3 business days
  • Regional delivery – regional and rural areas can take anywhere between 2-10 business days depending on your location
  • To our WA customers – in our ongoing endeavour to ensure that we are always in stock of your requested items, please note there may be a 5-7 business day lead time in the event that we send your order from our warehouses on the Eastern Seaboard
  • Collect orders – available in Townsville only

Shipping to PO Boxes

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Our freight partners deliver to street addresses only.

Despatching Your Order

  • All orders received for stocked items with available inventory before 3pm (AEST) will be despatched from Signet the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders received after 3pm will be despatched the next business day.
  • Your order will be despatched with one of our freight partners. Expected shipping times are an estimation our freight partners provide and can vary depending on location.
  • If you have moved to a new location and need to change your delivery address, please start a livechat with us or contact before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details. You can track your order through My Account or contact or 137446.
  • For regional deliveries, our freight partners may work with local carriers in your area, meaning this can take us longer to confirm tracking details while they work to get your order to you.

Accepting Deliveries

  • To make sure that you receive your delivery on time, please ensure that someone is available to receive your order. If you are not available to accept your delivery, the driver will leave a calling card with their contact details to re-arrange delivery at a time more convenient for you.
  • If you are concerned that this could be an ongoing issue, please contact or start a live chat with us and we can arrange for an authority to leave goods arrangement at your premises in the event that no one is available to accept your delivery.
