Deliveries & Returns Help

We want all our customers to be happy with their products from Signet. We offer a 31 Day Satisfaction Guarantee for all products purchased through us. If for any reason you are unable to use the product you have purchased, simply return it to us within 31 Days for a refund of the purchase price, less any delivery fees. We are unable to return any products after 31 days if you have simply changed your mind, over ordered or do not want.

Unfortunately we are unable to return any Buy to Demand or custom products, so please ensure you are entirely happy with the proofs and quotes before you sign and send them back to us.

To organise a return for any product please call our Customer Care Team on 13 7446. To ensure fast processing of your return, please have your return details ready and a pen to take down your Returns Authorisation Number.

Signet can organise to collect the goods for you, some charges do apply. We also have the option for our customers to return their goods via their own freight company. For more information ask our customer service team by calling them on 13 7446.

Due to the fact that we manufacture our own line of aerosol paints, our distribution warehouses located in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth are classified as dangerous goods sites, and only certified vehicles are allowed on the premises. These are our dedicated freight carriers First Express and Toll Ipec. The benefit of us using these freight carriers means that we are always able to track your order from our warehouse to your door and if any problems arise in the process we are able to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. An extra benefit is that we will accept liability for any lost or damaged goods, giving you extra peace of mind when ordering with Signet.

*All collect orders from our Darwin warehouse must be pre-booked at least 2 hours prior to collection. This is to ensure you order is ready, packed and no waiting necessary. Alternatively, any orders received before 3.00pm will be despatched same day for delivery the following day to metro areas. All collect orders must be paid for at time of order via phone or fax or invoiced on a 30 day account.

We understand that sometimes emergencies do arise, which is why Signet is proud to offer a paid same-day urgent delivery service. This is a premium service offering currently only available for metropolitan customers in Brisbane and Sydney. We're always on the lookout for ways to improve our services, and this includes the long-term expansion to even more metropolitan areas across Australia.

In the event of a partial delivery, you can continue to track your order through the My Account section on our website to find out the delivery status for the rest of your order.

To find out the most up-to-date delivery information, you can contact Toll Ipec directly on 1300 366 684 and quote your consignment number from your order confirmation. Alternatively, give our friendly customer service team a call on
13 SIGNET (13 7446), and let us know you're still waiting on some items from your order and we'll be happy to follow up on your order on your behalf.

To make sure that you'll always receive your deliveries on time, please ensure that someone is available to receive your order. If you aren't available to accept your delivery, the driver will leave a calling card with their contact details to re-arrange delivery at a time more convenient for you.

If you're concerned that this could be an ongoing issue, please email sales@signet.net.au and we can arrange for an authority to leave goods arrangement at your premises in the event that no one is available to accept your delivery.

At Signet, we're always offering the best resolution for our customers, and so we would like to provide the opportunity for Sporting Clubs to nominate a business address for deliveries for guaranteed peace of mind when ordering.

If you have any extra delivery information which you think will help Signet with your delivery, such as one way streets, delivery access points, or days or times when your business is closed, then please let us know in the Comments section in the ordering process, or notify our team at the time of order.

Every order received by Signet before 3pm will be despatched from Signet the same day. We're proud of our track record, which has seen 95% of deliveries to most metropolitan areas made in just one day.

Yes; simply log in to the My Account page on our website and select Track Your Orders. This service will allow you to track orders shipped to you over the past 8 weeks. If you need some assistance with logging in, please call our customer service team on 13 SIGNET (13 7446).

We strive to have 100% deliveries on time, and are always looking for ways to improve our delivery efficiency. Free delivery for all orders over $100* is available to metropolitan customers; if an order is under $100* an $9.50* freight charge will apply. Low-cost delivery is available for all regional customers, with freight pricing calculated as part of the online shopping process. Please note that freight charges will vary for regional deliveries, as the cost is calculated upon the weight of each order. You can rest assured that we will always seek your approval to process orders with freight charges exceeding $30, to ensure your continued satisfaction with us.
