How Help Enterprises Strives For An Inclusive World Through Partnerships With Businesses Like Signet
For more than 55 years, Help Enterprises has empowered people with disabilities to live independently and find purpose through meaningful employment. Their mission is to create inclusive, supportive workplaces where everyone feels valued, can develop their skills and ultimately earn a living.
“Help’s mission is about an inclusive world where people with disability can lead a meaningful and fulfilling life.” - Alex Young, Head of Social Enterprise at Help.
Today, Help Enterprises provides employment for more than 300 Australians living with disabilities. They operate a diverse network of businesses known for their exceptional service - from nurseries and manufacturing to warehousing, product assembly, packaging, and hospitality. Each business provides opportunities for people who want to work but might struggle to find employment independently.
In addition to their own network, Help also partners with other organisations to foster inclusive and accessible workplaces, connecting businesses with what they describe as “a network of untapped and underrepresented talent, all seeking their next big thing.”
"It’s our goal to pair the right staff member with the right business and support you both through the employment journey. We support your business before, during, and after the recruitment process to everyone’s benefit and a more inclusive workplace."

Driven by a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, Signet is always seeking better ways to support its customers and the broader Australian community responsibly. So, when Signet’s Supply Chain Team began exploring how to repackage bulk-manufactured products into smaller, customer-ready quantities, an opportunity emerged to partner with a like-minded organisation - one that could do good while solving Signet’s logistical challenge.
"We’ve been consistently impressed with Help’s professionalism and the exceptional quality of their work. Their attention to detail and reliability make them a valued partner in our supply chain. Beyond their outstanding service, we’re proud to support a local enterprise whose mission aligns perfectly with our ESG values - making a positive impact in the community while achieving excellent business outcomes."- Emma Rudman – Supply Chain Team Leader at Signet

Through this partnership, Help Enterprises handles the repacking of multiple Signet product lines - including Geami Honeycomb Wrap, FillPak TT Paper, Kraft Bubble Paper, and a range of Signet’s eCommerce Mailing Boxes. The Help team carefully converts pallet loads of products into neatly wrapped, customer-ready units, ensuring consistency, quality, and care every step of the way.

“If you have a business need, we have a solution where we can not only deliver you a quality product or service, but you can also contribute to having a positive social impact.” Alex Young, Head of Social Enterprise at Help.
