Due to the fact that we manufacture our own line of aerosol paints, our distribution warehouses located in Brisbane, Sydney, and Perth are classified as dangerous goods sites, and only certified vehicles are allowed on the premises these are our dedicated freight carriers First Express and Toll Ipec. The benefit of us using these dedicated freight carriers means that we are always able to track your order from our warehouse to your door and if any problems arise in the process we are able to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. An extra benefit is that we will accept liability for any lost or damaged goods, giving you extra peace of mind when ordering with Signet.

We understand that sometimes emergencies do arise, which is why Signet is proud to offer a paid same-day urgent delivery service. This is a premium service offering currently only available for metropolitan customers in Brisbane and Sydney. We're always on the lookout for ways to improve our services, and this includes the long-term expansion to even more metropolitan areas across Australia.

Alternatively, give our friendly customer service team a call on 13 SIGNET (13 7446), and let us know you're still waiting on some items from your order and we'll be happy to follow up on your order on your behalf.
To make sure that you'll always receive your deliveries on time, please ensure that someone is available to receive your order. If you aren't available to accept your delivery, the driver will leave a calling card with their contact details to re-arrange delivery at a time more convenient for you.
If you're concerned that this could be an ongoing issue, please email sales@signet.net.au and we can arrange for an authority to leave goods arrangement at your premises in the event that no one is available to accept your delivery.
