Payment & Credits Help

The Signet website is secured by Norton Secured and is SSL Certified. It is also regularly scanned for vulnerabilities, to ensure a safe and secure online system.

Signet accepts VISA and MasterCard credit card payments online. Alternatively, ABN holders can open an invoice, or 30 day account, with Signet for convenience of payment of orders.

Our current account holders can pay by VISA, American Express and MasterCard over the phone. If you would like to make a payment with a credit card over the phone, simply contact our accounts team on 13 7446. Please have your account or invoice details ready to make the payment process quicker.

Customers that have returned goods to Signet, a credit will be raised once the goods have been booked back into our warehouse, this may take between 5 and 10 business days. The credit note will be sent out once complete and available under the "My Account" section.

For Lost in Transit goods, please note that a credit will take approximately 30 Days to process.

If you are expecting a Credit Card refund, please allow 5 business days from issue of credit note or cancelation of order. A credit card refund can only be issued where a credit card payment was used as the original payment method.

If you have an account with Signet, your account balance will be available under the “My Account” section. You will need to be logged in to use this feature.

Once in the My Account section, select the “Invoices tab” on the left hand side. This page will show all outstanding invoice amounts. You can also pay for your invoices by clicking the “Pay Invoice” button.

Our bank details are located at the bottom right hand corner of every invoice. If you don’t have your invoice at hand, you can also see our banking details under the "My Account" section. You will need to be logged in to use this feature

Once in the My Account section, select the “Invoices” tab on the left hand side. The Banking Details will be located at the top of the page.
