FAQs

The best way to find a product is to use our intuitive search bar located at the top of the page. You can search using this function with a known item number or product description or key word.

If you want to browse a range of similar products, use the “Online Store” tab located on the top Navigation Bar and select the product category your wish to browse.

To retrieve your password, click the “Forgot Password?" tab located next to the login. You will be prompted to provide your email to which a temporary password will be sent.

The my account page will allow you to view:

  • Order History
  • Print Previous Invoices
  • Pay Your Account
  • Track Your Orders
  • Create Favourite Product Lists

Under the “My Account” section, click the “Invoices” tab on the left hand side. Select the invoice you require, the invoice will download to PDF. You can now save this PDF to your computer or use the print button to print a copy.

You can track all your orders with Signet (excluding Brisbane to Brisbane) under the My Account section.

Favorite Product Lists allow you to easily access products you buy regularly.

To add a product to your "Favorite Product List" follow these steps:

  1. Go to a product page.
  2. Below the product information, you will see the add to favorites button. Click the button and the product will automatically apper in you favorite product list.

To view your "Favorite Product List" follow these steps:

  1. Go to "My Account" in the main menu.
  2. When you log into your account, your favorite products are located under "Favorite Products" on the left had side menu

With Signet it's easy. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Locate the products you require via the search bar or browse our range via the “online store” tab located on the main navigation bar at the top of the page.
  2. Once you have found the item/s you want, select the “Add to Cart” button, next to the product, to add that item to your shopping cart.
  3. When you have all the items you require in the shopping cart select the “Shopping Cart” tab at the top right hand corner to review your order.
  4. When you have reviewed your order and are ready to checkout select the “Non-ABN & Household Customers” tab at the bottom, followed by the “Checkout as a Guest” tab.
  5. Simply complete the sections required and click “Complete Purchase”.

Material Safety Data Sheets can be found on the product page, located under the product description. Once you have located the product, simply click the “Product MSDS" button to download a PDF version of the document.

  4. When you have reviewed your order and are ready to checkout, select the “Business Customers” tab at the bottom of the screen, then select “Register for a new account”
  5. Complete the sections required, ensuring all details are correct and click “Complete Purchase” to finalise the order.

A Purchase Order No. (PO No.) is an order reference number used for your internal records. This number is displayed on your invoice to allow you to match the invoice to your internal purchase order. E.g. WAREHOUSE15

Enter your coupon code in the checkout to have the offer applied to your order. The coupon code field is located in the first stage of the shopping cart under the freight total. Press "Apply coupon code", enter the coupon and press "apply". The shopping cart will automatically update to include your offer.
