In conjunction with feedback from our customers and standards set by the Customer Service Institute of Australia we have developed our customer service charter to ensure that we are always delivering on our promises.
Our commitment and hard work to improve the way we serve our customers, has been recognised a number of times by the Customer Service Excellence Awards including National Winner for a Medium Business in 2014. Although awards and recognition are always welcomed, the drive to improve our service is to ultimately provide a better experience for our customers.
