Switch to Ranpak for protective void fill

Ranpak packaging such as FillPak for void filling or PadPak for cushioning is one of the most cost effective forms of void fill available. The paper can be used and reused to block, brace, coil or pad fragile items for transport or storage. Both products are made with recycled materials, which means your company is actively reducing the impact of plastic and other environmentally unfriendly products. Ranpak products also help to reduce packaging costs from the ability to re-use the paper. Another benefit of Ranpak void fill is its easy storage – it requires significantly less space when compared to alternatives like Mic Pac or bubblewrap.

Swap steel strapping for PET strapping

Steel strapping has been an industry favourite due to its heavy duty nature, strength and durability. Unfortunately however, it can be quite dangerous to use if you don’t also have the proper equipment and processes. An excellent alternative is polyester (PET) strapping which is strong, safe and economical. PET strapping has smooth edges making it safer and less accident-prone, and is also able to be recycled. It is light weight when compared to steel, however offers a similar level of strength. PET strap is designed to resist ‘creeping’ and ‘relaxing’ which reduces the chance of your load shifting or settling during transit and storage.
