Two ways that we communicate our range and our ‘Always’ statements is by sending out industry specific Welcome Packs to new customers, and targeted Sample Packs to showcase specific products. These packs are put together especially for Signet’s customers and are representative of the company’s values and brand.
“Because some of the products are manufactured by us or sourced locally, we needed an Australian organisation that could put these packs together accurately and on demand,” states Signet’s General Manager, John King. “The service provider needed to be able to manage our requirement for small run flexibilty whilst being mindful of our need to keep costs down.”
