The countdown clock located at the top of the Signet Website indicates the time left for same day despatch of orders from our Brisbane, Sydney, Perth and Townsville warehouses. The cut-off time for same day despatch of orders is 2pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) for orders despatched from Brisbane, Townsville and Perth or 2pm Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDST) for orders despatched from Sydney. Location is determined by Signet’s delivery system.

For new accounts the cut-off time for same day despatch of orders is 1pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) for orders despatched from Brisbane, Townsville and Perth while being 1pm Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDST) for orders despatched from Sydney.

Once you login to the website we are able to display the time left to cut-off for same day despatch for your location. If you are a new customer or not logged in we use your system clock to determine the time left. We can not be held responsible if your system clock is incorrect in determining the time left for same day despatch and any orders that are not received before the 2pm cut-off.

Errors & Omissions

*Your Buyer’s Guide contains a number of bulk buy and pallet buy pricing tables. Wherever these tables are displayed the prices listed indicate the unit price. They do not represent the total price of the bulk or pallet quantity. Every care is taken that correct details are printed however, Signet will not be held responsible for any pricing errors or omissions. Equipment ordered and delivered from Signet remain the property of Signet Pty Ltd. Signet Pty Ltd may at any time without notice retake possession of goods, until payment in full has been received by Signet Pty Ltd. The buyer should not however, be entitled to return the equipment on the invoice/delivery docket without prior written agreement from Signet Pty Ltd. The price of goods covered by Signet’s invoices is ex-warehouse and excludes GST. Transport from our warehouse to your store is at your cost and rise. Freight and insurance are arranged by us as your agent at your request and invoiced as a separate amount to you.
