The Signet Graduate Program enables graduates to form a solid foundation in business, develop a successful career with real responsibilities and real opportunities to utilize your degree.  The key difference of the Signet program is that we work tirelessly to tailor development and advancement to individuals and emphasize matching areas of interest/skill to areas within the business.  Furthermore, Signet’s head office is located in Brisbane which allows graduates to have easy access to departments such as Finance, Human Resources, and Procurement. 

The two year program commences in Signet’s successful Customer Contact Centre where graduates have an opportunity to actively learn about our exciting industry, organizational culture, teamwork and professional communication skills to name just a few.  The two year program that can enhance your career prospects, as well as personal and professional development, is broken down into two levels; Year 1 and Year 2.  Year 1 is entitled “The Business Environment” and year 2 is entitled “Developing Business Accumen”.
